Ever since I first started using the internet, I have used the name Little Nell, and since beginning FH research, I have discovered that my gggrandfather died in a steamboat accident (explosion) on the Tamar River in Tasmania, and the name of the boat was the 'Little Nell'.  The 57 refers to my current age, because there was already another Little Nell here.

Hello. Just wondering if the person in question was a George Kerrison? I am a descendent of his brother Stephen junior. We have a web page at http://www.dwyers.id.au/rogers/kerrison/kerrison_goodings.htm that refers to this. If you have any family info or pics I would love to hear from you. Tony

I am a bit lazy in this respect, by using my middle two names. I try not to use them for anything but the most legal aspects  of life, and try to avoid them even then.

It does give me an easy way to remember who I am online, without giving anything away. ;D

As it is my middle two, I doubt the most ardent hacker could work it out :P

Hi Tony, yes indeed it was George Kerrison.  If you post three posts in "proper" forums (not Totally Off Topic), then you will be able to use the PM system.  I can then give you my email address, as I cannot put it on here.

I named myself after my favourite composer, but I also like to think that people imagine I'm a 9ft tall man with a bolt through my neck.

well, why not  ;)
And do you support Bolt-on Wanderers?

My by-name came from a short time I spent in the Army, posted to Br. Guiana, now Guyana.  It was an unusual posting, even when the Army took in everywhere from Christmas Island to Jamaica.

Since I was  lad, it was always said that 'I had a tiger by the tail ' because of the many scrapes and dangerous stuff I used to get involved in.

the 777 is when I met my wife.

I use the date I met She who Must be Obeyed for other purposes. It was the 13th. - and it was a Friday! (If I say it was Black Friday, she'll kill me! -   Ouch!)

It was a really miserable day when I picked mine.  I tried to think of something that would cheer me up and flicked through the calendar and saw a picture of some sunflowers.
