Hi Mary,
I have checked out the two sites you mentioned. Great info.... I have sent out an email and am hoping to possibly find the burial location of Ellen in 1926......I will try not to give up.....I am learning much about trying to research for relatives in Ireland.....When someone does ask me then at least I will be able to guide them somewhat......Pass on the knowledge...I say.... I appreciate your kindness and will keep on reading and learning.....MALLA

Hi Malla

Happy New Year to you too.  It is a pity after all our work not to have located the headstone.

Hope  2012 will be the year you get positive news on the location.

Hi Jila,

have you any idea where in Co. Limerick he lived?   The best thing would be to get a death cert first and then you will have an exact place of death and some body might look up a newspaper for you or you could contact the local priest for some information.   Without narrowing down the location it is almost impossible to get a result.

To order death certs go to www.gro.ie   ( general registry office) quoting the vol no and page number.

Thank you Jila for your efforts. The burial location I am looking for is March 31, 1926 for Ellen Long
