Yes, Crocketford people were buried in Kirkpatrick Durham.

No Allens are listed in KD, however there are several Currie (sometimes Corrie) graves. Who were you looking for particularly?

Kirkcudbrightshire : McMurray/ie, Haining, Hanning, McAdam, McClune.
Ayrshire: Livingstone
East Lothian: Anderson

Hi

I am looking for Joseph Currie & his wife Elizabeth (Forsyth) he was the innkeeper of the commercial inn.  They also spelt their name Corrie.  Their daughter Margaret was a nurse who married a Robert allan so I also wondered if she may have been buried there.

Thank you

Thank you so much this is the family and answered my question that Margaret their daughter was not buried with them.  I am so grateful now I only have to look for Robert Allan and Margaret Corrie Allan.

Can I ask where you got the information so I can look for them as well?
