Hi
Does anyone know where any detailed records of the first recorded Preston Guilds 1397-1542 are stored?
Thanks

Have you been in touch with the local archives for Preston (I'm assuming it would be Lancashire Archives)? They will probably be the best place to go to, as they might either have them, if they've survived, or know where they're kept (again, if they've survived).
Their website is

I have a book "Memorials of the Preston Guilds" which has some information about Preston Guilds from 1328 onwards. The information it contains is patchy, but I'm willing to have a look through if you tell me what you are looking for.
