Electoral Register - Hampstead 1911-1915

I'm looking for a couple who were resident at 3 South Hill Park, Hampstead, in March 1913.  They were most probably tenants rather than owners, and may well not have been married.  Are they likely to appear in an Electoral Register for that period?  If so, can anyone do a look-up?

Universal suffrage, with voting rights for women (though not for those under 30), did not arrive in Britain until February 1918.

Women under 30 didn't get the vote until 1928.

Thanks for clarifying that.  Would a male tenant of rented accomodation have been entitled to vote in Municipal elections at this date?

The Act that would be enforce before 1918 would be the Representation of the People Act 1884


'All men paying an annual rental of £10 or all those holding land valued at £10 now had the vote'
