1851 census (HO107  2127  149  21)

Jeremiah Eggleshaw, Head, Marr, 35, Coal Miner, b. Eastwood Notts
Sarah Eggleshaw, Wife, Marr, 35, b. Langley Derbs
Mary Ann Eggleshaw, Dau, 12, F W K Hose, Whitwick Leics
Phillip Eggleshaw, Son, 10, b. Whitwick
Hannah Eggleshaw, Dau, 4, b. Basford Notts
Richard Clower, Boarder, Unm, 25, Coal Miner, b. Langley

Address Two Mile House, Basford

Think "F W K" against Mary Ann might be abbreviation of "Frame Work Knitter"

Possibly your Mary A Eggleshaw?

regards

1841 Census (HO107  596  18/45  4)

As Transcribed (original image almost illegible)

hello,

I have done quite a lot of research on this family (quite some time ago) for a friend.

If my memory serves me well one of the Walkers went to America and (I think) her daughter became Clint Eastwoods first wife.

There is also a plot of land (which once was in my family before it was sold) at langley which possibly still belongs to the Walker family

I'll see if I still have any information -I may have passed it all on.

I think Isaiah lived at mapperley village at one time

This is just from memory (which isn't as good as it once was-so I may have it wrong) so I will try to find documents

FreeBMd has the marriage registration of
Mary Ann Eggleshaw, Sep Qtr, Basford, 7b 161. On the same page is a John Walker.

Jeremiah and Sarah Eglishaw + family but minus Mary Ann are on the 1861 Census RG09  2435  11 16. Can post full details if required.
