Seeking information on James and Lydia Taylor  Worlingworth Suffolk  their son William Taylor married  Eliza Boloomfied  and they, with their family came to Austrlia in 1852. i am a direct decendent

1851C Shop Street, Worlingworth.

James Taylor c1786 born Worlingworth (Pauper)
Lydia Taylor c 1777 wife born Pulham St Mary, Norfolk
James Taylor widower c1811 born Worlingworth.

1841C
James & Lydia are living at the Swan Inn, Worlingworth.

Lydia appears to have been buried in Worlingworth 24 Dec 1858 age 80.

Keziah,  thank you for your reply. I though my William's father was James but I wasn't sure, but this confirms it. I am directly connected to their son William who married Eliza Bloomfield and came with all his family to Australia.  Are you connected to the Taylor family If so do you want information on the Australian line.? Taken from Worlingworth parish register.

James Taylor s/o John Taylor and Susanna his wife (late Susanna Carver) born and privately baptised 5th November 1784.

Some siblings:
Susanna 30th August 1778
James 5th January 1781
Ann privately baptised 20 Sept 1787
Susanna privately baptised 5 December 1794

James Taylor and Susanna Carver were not married at Worlingworth.

These are the only Christenings I can find in Worlingworth, Suffolk to JAMES/LYDIA;
JOHN 02 November 1817
SUSANNA 29 September 1822
(both on Familysearch Pilot)
MARIA 19 March 1815 (on Familysearch.Org)

Family Trees have these Children to them;
CHARLOTTE 1801-1883, died Norfolk
JAMES 1806
WILLIAM 1808

I also looked for James and Lydia's marriage at Worlingworth (not there) but while I was out, I see Trish has found it for you.
