REA/RAE/RAY of St. Ninians Parish, 17th Century
« on: Thursday 28 April 05 15:06 BST (UK) »
I'm looking for additional data on the REA/RAE/RAY family(ies) that lived in St. Ninian's Parish during the 1600s. I've already found the births and marriages (in the General Register), but need more detail, please. Thanks.

Gary

Hi Gary,

There are two Rea gravesites listed in the Pre 1855 MI Book for East Stirlingshire.

The following is taken from the above book:

St. Ninian's Old Churchyard

No: 140 "1787    M  B     J  C; Jas Blackadder; Janet Rea"

No: 363 "Wm. Richardson; Janet Rea"

Thanks for the effort, Ann, but that's still about a century too late.
