This looks very much like the Loundes family in 1891 living in Darlaston - but for some reason they are shown as TAYLOR - Harriet's maiden name? Maybe hiding from someone after John's spell in prison. Harriet & kids were in Wolverhampton Workhouse in 1881 whilst hubby John was in Stafford Prison, she possibly gave birth to Samuel in the workhouse.
