Tina, have you gone very far back with your family history or are you just starting out?  I am happy to share the information I have with you, or point you in the right direction if you want to research for yourself.  They are a very complicated bunch  ;D

I am sure angel~eyes, who is also part of to the Loundes family and has posted on this thread, will be happy to compare notes with you too when she comes online.

Hello,
Have you been to the Dudley Archives,
I got my grandmothers wedding certificate from there, I found Wolverhampton archives unhelpful.
I also like you perhaps, got a lot from ancestry site.
I have a few  photos.
But I found the name for the 21 year old sister very helpful, thank you for that..
Regards Tina

Hi again Tina, I haven't been to Dudley Archives yet, it's something I have been wanting to do but working full time I haven't got around to it yet.  Unfortunately I don't have many photos of the Loundes family, only a couple of my grandmother Ellen Elizabeth Loundes (1919-1969). Which family members do you have photos of?

If there is anything I can help you with please let me know.  I have a private tree on Ancestry which I can let you see if you have a subscription.

My two photos are of my grandmother Florence ( Alfreds daughter) and the 21 yr old who passed on. However my uncle ( dads brother ) left photos to another brother, hence my cousin and I sorting this web out.

I work full time so I visit archives in school hols or weekend  if ur ancestors married in Dudley. U can get copy for 60 pence x
