Not sure if this is the same family .John McNaughton b 1825 Argyll d 1911 Elkart ,Indiana , USA.
Parents were Donald McNAUGHTON and Jane Matheson .

Birth County and date fit well but parents wrong.
Thanks for the response but my John's parents would be John McNaughton and Mary McDonald.
