The marriage of James Ainsworth (sic) and Eliza Marshall took place on 1st December 1836 in Rettendon. Both were single and OTP.
Witnesses were George Peacock and John Baker.
The marriage of Thomas Marshall and Elizabeth Smith also took place in Rettendon. The writing isn't very clear but I think it was on 5th December 1815. Again, both were single and OTP. I can't decipher the witnesses on this one.
I hope these are what you've been looking for and will set you off on many new avenues to explore.
