Thomas Ryan and Johanna McCarthy

Hi All

Looking for any information on Thomas Ryan (d1865) who married Johanna McCarthy. They had a son Michael Joseph b 5 Oct 1863 in Solohead, Tipperary and died 7 May 1938 in Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia.

Any help greatly appreciated

Blimey Ryans in Solohead, you could try the research centre in Tipperary town,  www.tfhr.org  they have Baptism and Marriage records for that parish, there is a charge for the research. also depending on when they married you may be able to find a  civil marriage record for them if it was after 1864 - this would state his father's name groireland.com may be able to help

I've just found your message and wondering if your Michael is brother of Andrew Joseph Ryan born 1866 in Ipswich to Johanna McCarthy.
