I am looking for info on hilda barnes and philip allsop who were wife and son of alfred s allsop who went down with the titanic in 1912. alfred was born 1877 and son philip born ? 1909 ish

I've split this post from your Armagh topic- but is there an Armagh connection?
According to this article (with lovely photograph) he married Edith but says his wife Hilda and son Philip survived. It looks like he was based in Southampton and only came over to Belfast for the Titanic's voyage to England.

The marriage actually took place earlier than that in Lancashire- Oct./Dec.1908 Toxteth Park district volume 8b page 271.
Philip A. Allsopp birth Jan./Mar.1911 Southampton district volume 2c page 64

A bit late in the day but Philip Allsopp (son of Alfred and Hilda) who was born in Southampton died in 1986. His death registered at London.
Hilda died in 1974.
