I tried the Niedersachsen website with no luck

I was trying to find the birth record of Otto Knoch.
All I have is the birth date July 8th 1853 in Niedersachsen,  Hannover
and his wife Johanna Lange born September 25th 1851 in Stettin Germany?

Did any of your Knochs live in the Königsberg area (east Prussia).
