1871 Census - Witney

Hello, I'm looking for a George Stevens born 1869 in witney, Berkshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire.  His birth registration shows Jul Aug Sept 1869 Vol 3a and Page 644. 

I can't find him in the 1871 Census and don't have any info as to parents names.

Birth registered as HENRY GEORGE STEVENS.
