Are you able to do a better scan ? this is a very small file size

Hi Victoria
If you have the original photo then you need to scan at a resolution of 300 - 600 DPI and keep the scale at no less than 100%

The scanning is the important bit. There is no point resizing after the scan, it doesn't make the image any clearer.
