Hi - !! so excited you found the message !    My mothers name before she married was Joan Lane.  She married my father, James (Jim) Robinson. He was a sailor !    He sadly passed away about 30 years ago.    Mum went on to have me and my brother.   We had children too.

Have spoken to my Mum and sadly Mac (Marjorie's husband) passed away a couple of years ago. They went on to have three children; Richard, Sally & Barbara.

My Mum is going to call her Mum (Pat) & get a message to Marjorie.

Hi There,
Today I came across your thread about the Three Queens in St Thomas St, Bristol.  I don't have a specific photo, but I do have a historic link with that pub.  In November 1852 my Gt Gt Grandmother (Sophia Payne) was working there as a servant.  So I have tried to find images of this pub also.  I've used a website called "https://britainfromabove.org.uk" to search for photos taken from the air from early in the 20th Century.  There are several photos taken over the St Thomas Street area from the 1920's.  In the attached image (taken in 1923) I've highlighted the Three Queens Inn, at the corner of St Thomas St & Three Queens Lane.

Two suggestions for you.

Have you considered contacting the Bristol Post and asking if they could publish a letter or article regarding your quest for a photo of the Three Queens Pub?

Another possibility is the Bristol Records Office.  I know that they have a stock of photographs.  You could write and ask if they have any of the Three Queens.
