The photo at that size was sent to me via email--i have aged 10 years here, trying various things  on my computer to enlarge it. This morning i managed to get a picture about 8 inches by four and 'save' to my docuiments but it would not transfer at that size when i tried to put it on here!!

Poli, don't stress yourself 

If you were sent a tiny pic, there's nothing you can do to make it bigger for the restorers.   It has to be big (and high resolution) to start with

I either get a Rootschat message telling me to 'rename' or for one glorious minute when i thought i cracked it--the message was that it was too big !!
