Eastwood and Orchard families around Leeds

Hi all:

I'm researching the ancestors of Charles Eastwood, born c. 1825 in Leeds, who married Sarah Orchard, born c. 1822 in Leeds.  Their children were Walter (1853), James (1856) and John (1860).

So far I've found an IGI record for a Charles Eastwood christened July 10, 1825 in Leeds, whose father was Joshua Eastwood and mother was Sarah.  Also have found an IGI record of a marriage between a Joshua Eastwood and Sarah Rogers in April 1825 in Leeds.  Unfortunately I can't confirm if this is the same Charles Eastwood who I'm looking for. 

If anyone can help with more information about Charles Eastwood's parents, grandparents and other family members, I would really appreciate it.   Would also be interested in knowing more information about Sarah Orchard.

Can you confirm how you know Sarah's maiden name is Orchard and whether you have their marriage certificate?  I can't see it on www.freebmd.org.uk but that would confirm the names of both fathers.

I don't have their marriage certificate unfortunately.  I'm basing it on the death certificate I have for Walter, their son, where it lists his mother as "Sarah Orchard".

I'm a bit puzzled actually because I haven't been able to find any information on a Sarah Orchard that might be her.  I suppose there's always a chance that somehow her incorrect maiden name got put on his death certificate.

There is a marriage in 1852 in Leeds where one of the possible brides is a Sarah Hodgson but no Orchard that I can see.  I would have thought that you need to confirm her name by getting a birth certificate for one of the children.  Freebmd does have a Leeds birth for Walter in 1853.
