« on: Monday 02 May 11 00:04 BST (UK) »
I am looking for my grandmother, who was born Charlotte Kerr (b1882) and was first of all married to Gavin Thomson, then to my grandfather, Robert Murray. The date of their marriage was 26th April 1924. She died, aged 63 in 1945 and her parents were James Kerr and mother Janet Kerr, maiden name Fraser. She lived with my grandfather att 44 Nimmo's Rows, New Stevenston.

What info are you looking for?

Do you have her on 1891/1901/1911 census

Hi Janny,

Welcome to rootschat!

Although I cannot help with any information regarding your actual relations, I do have a photograph of Nimmo's Rows. I hope this is of help to you. It was taken from the end of the street, so number 44 will be towards the distance from where this photo was taken.

Matt ;)

Thank you so much, Matt, I've a real lump in my throat seeing the street where my Dad grew up, it means a lot.
