Trying to find all graveyard information for several different Maxwell families in Killyglen, Carncastle, Kilwaughter, Larne, Tickmacrevan, Raloo, and Carrickfergus cemeteries.  Trying to piece together who belongs to which families expecially the earlier dates.

Any help would be appreciated.

Tory,

When following up my distant Maxwell connection in Fernisky, just south of Kells & Connor, I noticed what may be another townland name, Maxwell's Walls, a few miles to the east.  These are near the lower left corner of OS (1:50000) sheet 9 and the upper right corner of sheet 14.

More B'mena than Larne.  Is William of Fernisky of interest at all, at all?

What time period are you talking about for William Maxwell of Fernisky.  My particular William Maxwell was born 1819 before emmigrating with his parents Robert and Margaret (Evas) Maxwell to Ontaro about 1825.

Tory,

Would seem to be contemporary, but evidently not the same one.

The Rev. Ross Jebb, rector of Glenarm, m. at Connor 17 Oct. 1837 Fanny, dau. of the late William Maxwell of Fernisky and -- I think -- sister of William Maxwell junior, merchant.  I have an idea the mother was also Fanny.

At about the same time Fanny's sister Jane m. Thomas Casement, attorney, of Ballee House near Ballymena.  She d. 31 July 1839 at Glenarm, presumably while staying with her sister -- and possibly in childbed.

Ross Jebb d. at Glenavy 10 July 1851.  Tom Casement and his 2nd wife Dora fostered the Jebb son Tommy (who I think was a godson) and when he left school sent him to Quebec to learn farming from Dora's cousin.

I'm afraid that's about all I know.
