Auckland area death look up please - John Proud c1858

Please can someone do a look up for the death of John Proud in the Auckland area c1858. Age approx 51, daughter was Hannah Moore, sons John and Joseph.

You have stated circa 1858,
Is this because he isn't in the 1861 census,
Or have you some relevent information about his death,
that may help pin point his death,
free bmd has two John Proud entries

1. Easington ,April,May ,June 1857,

2.Durham,October,November,December 1859,

The other is John, the farmer of Strawberry Hil,l dies in 1861, his probate is granted on the 17th of May 1862
