Plse help me find Dr Thomas Wainwright, Barnsley 1861

I cannot find Dr Thomas Wainwright and his fairly large family in the 1861 census. I have tried searching on his name, his wifes name and several of the childrens names but cannot find them anywhere!

Names: Thomas Wainwright, surgeon, bn Tankersley Yorks 1811
Matilda Wainwright bn Leeds 1814
 Children all born Barnsley: Charles Henry 1845; Annie 1847; Edward  1849; Thomas 1851; James 1853; Emily 1857
Children William George 1838 and Mary 1840 from his first marriage may also have still been with the family.

In1841 the family were in Church St Barnsley,
In 1851 the family were in Market St Barnsley

by 1871 Thomas had died but son Charles Henry has taken over the practise back on Church St and has Emily living with him
Matilda, Annie and James are in lodgings in Kirkdale Lancashire - but so far no trace of Edward


So help please in finding the family in 1861 and Edward in 1871

Thomas possibly died in Barnsley in 1870 so logically they should be in Barnsley in 1861 - but I can't find them in any county

There are other Barnsley deaths pre-1861 but no ages are shown

sorry, i should have said - Thomas  died in 1870 - the address on the certificate is Church St Barnsley

so i would certainly expect the family to be in either Market St or Church St Barnsley but cannot find them. Was hoping extra pairs of eyes would have more luck!

Looks like they have been missed off the census for some reason

Could someone with access the 1861 census check who is at 20 Church St?
