« on: Sunday 24 April 11 17:32 BST (UK) »
We are  making a trip to Scotland in June and want to visit as many old relatives as possible. ;) ;)  We have manged to locate where a number of ancestors have been buried from on-line MIs but need help in locating these.

David Richardson b 1791 Applegarth d 27 Sept 1875 Applegarth and his wife Agnes Little b ABT 1801 died 2 June 1882 Applegarth

Adam Byers b 31 October 1825 Canonbie d 19 July 1904 Kirkpatric-Flemming? and his wife Janet Park b abt 1825 Middlebie d 7 August 1901 Hoddom.

Agnes Bryden b 11 September 1775 Kirkmichael d 13 February 1863 Sibbaldie.   wife of James Renwick.  Our line is through her child Robert Rogerson.

Jane Johnstone b 1798 d 17 December 1882 Middlebie.  Wife of William Park and mother to above Janet Park.

Any help or hints about where to look would be greatly appreciated.

Hi rogersul

Using this link http://www.getamap.ordnancesurveyleisure.co.uk/ you will be able to plan your route, be prepared for some narrow winding roads though!

There are ancient graveyards all over the area so it may take some time and you might not find the headstone as some burials are not marked or the headstone is missing.

Some Family History Societies do Graveyarding on week-ends and it might be worth contacting the local one at http://www.dgfhs.org.uk/ as they might have already recorded the graves your looking for in the process. Or you could also try http://www.dgnhas.org.uk/
McNaught, Robertson, Wighton, Duncan, Dawes, Fyffe, French, Getty, Herdman, Jelly, Gourlay, Vickers, Armstrong, Ruffell.
