Looking for Wlliam ALLEN born c. 1821/22 Exeter, Devon

Looking for William Allen (no other names that I can find).  1851 census' and later show his birth c. 1821/1822 in Exeter, Devon.  In 1851 he had already moved to Lambeth, London.

Married to Patience Johanna (Joanna) White 1845.  Children Frederick John Allen, Mary, Elizabeth, Louisa, Eliza, Sarah, Jessie & William.

Patience Johanna baptized at St. Sidwells

First thing to do is obtain a copy of the marriage certificate in 1845. This should give both of their respective fathers' names & occupations.

Hi, I am heading to Exeter Records Office on Weds, but spoke to them today on the phone, they dont hold any registry office wedding information and have said to order the certificate, sorry I couldnt find anything out to save you some money
