I know very little at the moment as I just started, I'm moving to Australia soon and I have my fathers cousins there who we never met and I'm trying to track them down. My father and grandfather were from Falkirk and some of my grandfathers bothers moved to Australia as well as my grandfather but moved back to Scotland a few years later.
I'm trying to unravel this part first.
Does any of this sound familiar.

Angelo (My  2nd Great Grandfather) had a half brother Matthew Daisley who went to Australia and died in New South Wales in 1942 aged 77.  As far as I am aware just now that's the only connection with Australia I have.

That's not to say that there isn't a link there as I am not sure if Matthew and his wife Sarah had any children which could be your Uncles - I haven't researched that side yet.

Ok. I have spoken to my father and he knows very little.
I found my great grandfather who was Archibald Daisley from Falkirk born in 1886, and my great great grand father would have been a Thomas Daisley also born in Falkirk in 1852.

So our connection could be made from my great great great grandfather who was James Daizlie born in 1823 in Donegal and moved to Falkirk in 1861 and only had the one son Thomas.
