Caroline Wilhemine (Wilhelmine) ANDERSON was the daughter of "E. RUEBE" of Wanganui.

[E. RUEBE appears to have been Ernest REUBE.   There is a death notice "Wanganui Herald" 1904 for Caroline REUBE (64) widow of Ernest REUBE.   Also marriage notice REUBE to ANDERSON - 1909 - "Whanganui Chronicle' - 5 June 1909. ]

... oops ... sorry, spelling errors in previous post.   :D  :-[

The surname should read  ... RUEBE .... (in all cases).

Hi y'all, Thanks for the great info. i went to my Aunts this past weekend and she has confirmed a few details for me. Maud (how its supposed to be spelt) Anderson just showed up when she was 13 on the Fiveash's Doorstep and was their maid until she married George Boyer Fiveash in 1917. Apparently their is a Family secret that my Nana went to the grave with and no one else knows!!! lol

Hi Alice

Oh goodness.    ;D

But if you have a few $$$ to spare, (and you're still wanting to find out more about Maud), then it would be very worthwhile getting a "printout" of her 1917 marriage record.  ;)

"Names of parents" were entered in the marriage register, so maybe Maud did at that time, offer some information  ??   ;)
