I have located the family in the 1851 census. The William in this census, living with Hogden and Blair and other family, is 4 years old, giving a birth year estimate of 1847. You have a birth for your William of 1842? Is this the right William? Do you already have this census information?

Is it specifically a marriage for William Thynne Liddell that you are looking for? When is the last date and place you have any record of him?

There is a discrepancy between that birth/baptism record (IGI extracted, I believe) and the ages of the William on all the censuses ...

YES RUSKIE IT WAS A MARRIAGE TO WILLIAM THYNE LIDDELL THAT I WAS LOOKING FOR.

I WAS AWARE THAT HE WAS STAYING WITH HIS SISTER SARAH LIDDELL AND HER HUSBAND DAVID MCKENDRICK AT THE TIME OF THE LAST CENSUS RECORD THAT SCANTI POSTED
AND YES THE DATES THAT I POSTED IN THE OPENING MESSAGE WHERE CORRECT.

I HAVE ALL MARRIAGE INFORMATION ON ALL OF THE CHILDREN THAT WHERE BORN TO HODGEN LIDDELL AND BLAIR BURNETT SCOTT THYNE, APART FROM WILLIAM THYNE LIDDELL, ROUMOURS IN THE GRAPEVINE SAY A MARRIAGE WITH AN ELIZABETH S. (S BEING THE START OF THE SURNAME)
