Hiya Lynne,

You mention no dates so here are some Nugents from the City of Dublin Directory of 1850. http://www.dublin1850.com/dublin1850/xdubdir65.html#Nugent
One or two people are searching for Nugent ancestors on another site. If you contanct them tell them about RootsChat please http://genforum.genealogy.com/cgi-bin/search.cgi?forum=ireland%2Fdublin&url=%2Fireland%2Fdublin%2F&path=%2Fireland%2Fdublin%2F&terms=Nugent&boolean=AND Do you have any Christian names for your Nugents Lynne or just a surname. Any dates? I noticed one of the messages on the above site mentions an Andrew getting married at Donnybrook in 1885. Here's another site enabling you to search for Nugents. http://www.familysearch.org You can search this site using a Christian name only. Christian names may enable you to do a more accurate search though.

Best Wishes, Christopher

Hi Catherine, Thanks for your kind offer. I have been searching for my grandfather Albert Bardin born 1875, I think in North Dublin. His father was Patrick Bardin. It's possible that his mother may have been Margaret Curry, but that is a good guss not a fact. Any information on Albert and Patrick will be very welcome.
Regards
Peter

Hi Catherine,

Do you have any info on my great grandfather Andrew Doyle who lived in Dublin prior to his death in WWI.    His wife was Mary Doyle and they had children called Mary, Owen/Owney, Andrew, Philip & Thomas. I know they were living in Hendrick Street in 1916 when Mary was born, though I don't know the dates of birth for the others.

Many thanks,

Elldee.
