Do you have anything on the names of Hickey and Lewis?  These families come from Peterswell in Co. Galway.

Many thanks

Hi there - many thanks for your kind offer  :)

I'm looking for information about any MacDermott (also spelled McDermot,  McDermott) families in Dublin - sorry can't be more specific than that about location - particularly any families that may have a Dinah or Maria McDermott born c1840.

Also interested in info about any Biddle (a.s.a. Biddell, Biddel) families in the same area - John Biddle in particular!

Many thanks

Catherine

Sorry.   When I read your kind offer yesterday got all excited thinking I might finally track down my family.

Today I realised I hadn't computed the post properly, in a rush as usual and with a houseful of visitors (10) the mind just blew a circuit.

Hello Kate, is there a chance on any info with a one name study on Mc Cann, you were kind enough to offer help before, my problem is that my paternal and maternal grandparents were both Mc Canns so any info back from my Dads birth would be great he was Patrick born 18. 6. 1904.  any smattering of info greatly appreciated regards Liverbirds
