Ben Hanton c 1791 married Christiana Tungate in 1814 , their first son Benjamin was born two months later in Upton , William Hanton was born in 1818 in Halvergate , I have never bothered to try and find a reason for the 4 year gap ? . I also have only gone down the direct line of ancestry for example Ben 1791 , Ben 1814 , George 1849, Ben 1878 ,and Susan (my mother )1907 . My grandfather only had daughters and there the Hanton line finished .
