Cost of ancestry.com vs. ancestry.co.uk COMPLETED

Am I calculating wrong or is it cheaper to buy worldwide membership from ancestry.co.uk than ancestry.com?  Is there a difference between the worldwide memberships?

Hi

Worldwide memberships are the same irrespective of which website you subscribe through, at one stage the rates were probably comparible but changes in currency exchange rates would account for the different subscription rates today.

Just a quick bump.

I saw this, having just been looking at the prices of an upgrade on .co.uk.

As i've just moved to Oz i thought i'd have a look at the comparable price.

.co.uk were offering me £155.40 for a 12 month "everything" package (World Premium?) (extended to 13 months as i'm an existing subscriber)

.com.au offered a whopping A$449.50 for a 12 month subscription to their "everything" (World Heritage?) package.

Allowing for an exchange rate of roughly 1.6 - that would make the Oz version £280 ... which is an immense difference for what i think is access to the same info.
