« on: Saturday 09 April 11 14:30 BST (UK) »
Does any one have information on Caroline Darvel (could be Darvill, Darvil etc..) in Bombay circa 1850....

Caroline married Robert Clive Charles Smith in Bombay 1856.

Children Frances Mary Anne Smith, Ellen Mary Smith, Robert Flower Smith, May Caroline Smith (Howden/Howlden) and Amy Smith.

Frances Mary Anne Smith married Edward Cecil Roberts (Bombay 28 March 1881).

"In loving memory of CAROLYNE wife of ROBERT CLIVE SMITH who died at Bombay 29 August 1894, aged 63 years. In loving memory of ROBERT CLIVE SMITH born London [England] December 31 1825, died Bombay October 3 1908.
In loving memory of EMILY AMELIA (AMY) SMITH 3rd daughter of the late ROBERT CLIVE & CAROLYNE SMITH, born January 10 1860, died October 6 1924 "

This indicates Caroline (Carolyne) was born abt 1831.
