Photo clean up please if possible

Hi, could somebody just clean this photo up, it is to go in an albumn for a lady on her 80th birthday next month, basically as is but tidied up would be suitable, would like to see somebodies impression of it coloured of course we have no idea of the colours that would have been in the origanal, hair , clothing etc, thank you,
