Hey

William Carr born 11 Dec 1868 Glaston, Kirkmichael, Ayr

Parents Patrick Carr (Coal Miner) and Rose McNulty They got married Dec 1857 Newton Stewart.

I've accessed loads of William Carrs born between 1865 and 1870 if you happen to come across one with Parents William Carr and Christian??  I'd be grateful for the info

Thanks, Heather, if you have any additional info. about William and Rose, I would appreciate it.  Can you give a little more info. on your William Carr so I can keep an eye out for him.  I live in Pennsylvania.  There's a large family in South Carolina with several William Carrs.

Thanks, Carole for the info. I'm 85% sure this is my gggrandfather, but there are so many William Carrs.  I'm trying to get his marriage certificate here in the states to verify his birthdate.  I also see that the name kept changing from Carr to Kerr and that they moved from Ireland to Scotland.  I always thought it should be the other way around and that my family went from Scotland to Ireland.  Just a little confusing.

Thanks again
