Amazing how us RC people can get so excited over the release of a census!! I got so excited, i thought i had discovered a big mystery - the only entry I could find for the exact name of my grandmother Elizabeth, age 11, was in Edinburgh at Donaldson Hospital for the deaf

?? And I knew she had been orphaned in 1909, but she should have been in Glasgow and ??Deaf?..... hmmmm.... had to remind myself to not get too excited - and finally found her on a different listing as "Lizzie" and as a 10 year old, living with her older married sister and family - in Glasgow.!!
So, again - will take my time - lots to find out - and oh dear, - the bank account will feel the pinch!! Happy research everyone!
