Civil registration of births didn't start until 1864 so there will be no birth certificates for James or Alice.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

Alice Doorish age 60 Widow living at 15 Brockagh (Clabby Fermanagh) on 1901 census
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie (you might have to type this in yourselve)
then click on 1901, fill in surname Doorish, the forename Alice then click on county Fermanagh
some times the ages of people were not right.
but could not find her on the 1911 census

Here a link to Alice Dooris in 1911 census:
www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Fermanagh/Imeroo/Glengesh/519110

Son James actually born 27 Apr.1875 Co.Fermanagh (mother Alice Sleavin)

Other children:
Felix born 21 Jan.1871 Tempo district (page 105 in civil register)
Alice born 8 July 1872 Tempo district

Can't find marriage in civil index yet- there was a marriage for Alecia Slevin 1865 Edenderry volume 3 page 613 but I couldn't match it to a James Doorish/Dooris
