Hi Johnsam93,
Just a little further info for you Butetown, is about a mile north of Rhymney almost beside the A465 Heads of the Valleys Road.
If you go into Google Earth or Google Maps zoom in and move slightly north you will find Butetown is marked, and there are photographs of the houses there, which I believe have conservation orders on them. Possibly your relatives house might be one of them.
