I'm searching for my mother's side of her family.

Her father is Hubert Joseph Roberts.  I don't know his date of birth.  His first wife was Mabel Gertrude Roberts and they had 6 childern.

His second wife was Hilda May Roberts (nee Long) and they had 2 children.

Any information would be much appreciated.

The dob is as informed by someone at his death.
It may be spot on, but often this information was not 100% correct on death certs.

Need to be careful not to name or give private data in this public forum, on any living people  (ie:  names of the children etc).
 
His 2nd wife, may have married him using the surname of her first marriage, perhaps?

Thanks Ambly, 23rd May is correct for his dob, but I had no idea of the year.
