I could only find one Patricia Taylor living in Nottingham and she was Patricia Lilian born Mar Q 1906 Farnham 2a/153, so a little older than yours. Her father was  William Taylor and mother Elizabeth Amelia.
There is a Patricia Taylor reg Apr 1908 Westbourne 2b/393, she was living in Chichester with parents Maximilian and Kate.
