You mentioned in your first post about a dispute with trustees. I have looked at The Scotsman archive and there is an article relating to a settlement in this case in the issue of July 12, 1913.
Also if you wanted more details I have looked at the National Archives of Scotland online catalogue and I have found the following reference:
CS46/1913/7/42 Decree of declaration and adjudication etc., Peter Somers v John Davidson and another (Mrs Somer's trustees) July 1913
If you are able you could could go and view the document at the National Archives or you can e-mail them and they will advise you how much it would cost for them to send you a copy.
