Though it is less likely your biological father is still alive other members of his family may be and this could well be a sensitive issue for them as well as obviously for yourself. Rootschat is really about searching for ancestors and not coming forward to search for (or possibly involve) what might be living or potentially living people.

You might also want to search the electoral rolls held at Hillingdon Heritage Centre for the 1930s as you have a possible address.
