Phoebe Coley (Grice) in Tipton, Oldbury and Rood End

Hi everyone,
I am new to the board and am seeking some help if possible.

I'm looking for information on my grandmother whose maiden name was Phoebe Coley later Grice when she married. I know that Her parents where living in Tipton in 1901 (census). She was later living in Rood End around 1930 when she gave my father up for adoption before getting married to a man called "Bunk" Grice who is thought to have had a market stall in West Bromwich somewhere.

I'd be gratefull for any further info that anyone has particularly any living relatives that I might have.
