Whitby is in the North Riding; the Whitleys are in the West Riding so you should be able to differentiate between the two from your 1851 census information.
However, there are two Whitleys in the West Riding; one in the parish of Ecclesfield and one in the parish of Snaith and Kellington.
Whitley Lower is in the parish of Thornhill so, again, your 1851 census information should narrow it down.
From your the new familysearch site there are only two baptisms (unless she was born in Bingley) in the West Riding which may, or may not, mean anything:
