Which registration district would Rathowen, in County Westmeath belong to? I am trying to trace members of the Newman Family on the Family Search site.

The town and townland of Rathowen are in the Registration District of Granard.

See the townland database at http://www.thecore.com/seanruad - the Poor Law Union is equivalent to the civil registration district.
