Thanks for the Census entry Cath. Must have been a wealthy family. Louis must have been very lowly!

Very interesting reading from the London Gazette Rob. Seems like they went out of business. I wonder if this may have been Lewis Senior? It's possible for 1822. By 1841 Lewis jnr was in Scotland, and he set up a dyeing company there.
