It could be Jeffers.... that name is found in Ballinderry, Co Derry and not  Ballinderry, Lisburn.

Ballinderry, Co. Londonderry is near Magherafelt but since the marriage took place near Lisburn it's not likely to be the one in County Londonderry.

There's a Charlotte Jevers (born Australia) in 1901 census in Ballinderry, Antrim:
