Where have you searched so far?

1911 Census is online (free- and 1901 should soon be added)-
www.census.nationalarchives.ie/search

IGI (International Genealogical Index at www.familysearch.org) has many, not all, Irish births 1864-c1882.
Several children of James Magill and Mary Agnew are listed-
Daniel born 1 July 1866 Larne district  (page 627 in civil register)
Agnes born 23 Nov.1867 Co.Antrim
James born 2 Feb.1870 Co.Antrim
Thomas born 11 Apr.1871 Co.Antrim
Ann Eliza born 26 Aug.1872 Larne district.
Elizabeth born 30 Jan.1874 Ireland

There are lots of other online sources we can probably suggest once we have more details about what you are looking for.

Hello
I am new, not sure I am posting correctly.  Actually, before I became a member today, I was doing some research & discovered this site on the internet with posts regarding the Magills in my subject line.
How do I search these posts for a reply?
Thanks very much :)

Thankyou, very grateful to have my post merged correctly.
I am the gr gr gr granddaughter of this James MAGILL b. 1840 & Mary AGNEW b. 1840.  I recently obtained some more info regarding two of their children: Thomas Joseph MAGILL & Elizabeth MAGILL.  If you are interested I could forward you this information.  As well, I have a question, It seems there two sets of James MAGILL's & Mary AGNEW's came from different brother & sister parents in roughly the same time period which makes this difficult to sort out.

The James MAGILL, that I am currently researching had a son, James b. Feb 2, 1870, Antrim, Ireland. He m. Sarah Weatherall b. Oct 12, 1859?  Ireland.  I cannot remember where I got this info, but it doesn't seem correct.  I don't have a marriage date for this  pair, if it could be researched & the date of Sarah's birth & her parents names researched, I'd be most grateful.
Thank you :)

Cbesh,
6 Oct 1880 James Magill, father James, married Sarah Ann Wetheral (sic), father Stewart, in Shankill Church of Ireland, Lurgan. Seems to be an incorrect age or an incorrect marriage.
