Obviously with the repeated names these may not be all your family, although sometimes  names were used agian again if a child died.

Hi there,

Re BAKER in the Mudgee Cassilis district c 1870, from the 1870 NSW Electoral Roll for the electorate of MUDGEE there were several families with that surname :

Alfred, a freeholder at Stony Creek
Andrew, a freeholder at Stony Creek
Edward, residence at  Warratree
George, residence at Stony Creek
William, residence at Reedy Creek
William, residence at Apple-tree Flat
William, residence at Apple-tree Flat.

Stony Creek is about 20 kms north-east of Mudgee on the Wollar Road.  I have checked with my family members from Cassilis, none have heard of Warratree, sorry.  Apple-tree Flat is about 15 kms south-east of Mudgee on the Castlereagh Road.

Re HARWOOD, from same 1870 Roll.
John, leaseholder at Warratree
James, residence at Warratree.

Mudgee has active Family History society, here is the link http://www.mudgeemuseum.com/?i=312/the-society

Cheers,  JM
